Breas Construction & Project Management has been in the construction industry for the last 20 years, servicing the greater Cape Town and surrounding suburbs. We have built our company on referrals and integrity, always striving to go the extra mile for our clients and never leaving a project until the client is 100% satisfied. The company is run by a small compliment of staff who manage the best sub-contractors in the industry, allowing us to finish projects to the highest specification. Due to our versatile and numerous sub-contractors we are flexible and have extended capacity.

We are often involved in special projects, where clients need various trades to work together, but there are no companies that offer one-stop solutions.
Examples would be – solar fitouts – eco water reticulation modifications – generator installations – container fitouts – the list goes on… We find the contractors, put together the budget, proceed with the implementation and complete with sign off, giving you peace of mind and one point of contact.
