experience, completed all the cabinetry at this Century City
house, including this attractive stained veneer and solid wood

The owner says that the house was transformed from having four
bedrooms, three bathrooms and a study to a modern open-plan house
with a reduced number of walls. Expertly built by Nicholas Smith
of Breas Construction and Project Management, this house was
literally turned around, allowing all living areas and bedrooms to
face north, and it now features two bedrooms plus a games room,
while the bathrooms were retained and the study repositioned to a
more secluded area.
The new design allowed for several additional pleasures such as a
beautiful new kitchen with stylish dark cabinets offset against

entertainment area was transformed through two major additions -
the installation of a designer built-in braai, and the most
innovative positioning of a Jacuzzi that could not previously be

realised that placing the Jacuzzi underneath the decking would
provide the most practical solution to maximise the utilisation of
space. While the verandah furniture, now resting on top of the
Jacuzzi cover, can easily be interchanged for a hot bubbly splash,
